Today, we distributed letters of permanent appointment to another batch of 1,000 OgunTEACh interns, marking yet another significant milestone in the ongoing transformation of education in Ogun State. With this latest cohort, the total number of teachers absorbed into the State's teaching workforce through the OgunTEACh programme has risen to 5,000, a strategic intervention aimed at addressing teacher shortages and strengthening the quality of teaching and learning across public schools. This achievement reflects the unwavering commitment of His Excellency, Governor Dapo Abiodun, to the Ogun State Education Revitalization Agenda, which continues to prioritize improved access to quality education, enhanced learning outcomes, and the development of a highly motivated and professional teaching workforce.
