BNSc/B.Sc Nursing degrees are still degree qualifications and are awarded through approved degree-awarding institutions (universities or other institutions legally empowered to award degrees).
Colleges of Nursing may train students, run approved programmes, or operate through affiliation arrangements, but the actual degree award must follow the approved regulatory structure and accreditation requirements. �
