EDUCATION SUPPORT OUTREACH FOR PUBLIC SCHOOL STUDENTS IN SOUTH WEST NIGERIA The Education Information Society of Nigeria continues its commitment to supporting education and improving the learning conditions of children from less privileged backgrounds across South West Nigeria. As part of its educational intervention programme, free school uniforms, standard school shoes, and exercise books were distributed to pupils in public schools to encourage learning, boost confidence, and reduce the financial burden on parents and guardians. The outreach programme was designed to support vulnerable and underprivileged children who face challenges in accessing basic educational materials needed for quality learning. Objectives of the Programme Support children from less privileged families. Encourage school attendance among public school students. Promote equal access to education. Reduce the burden on struggling parents and guardians. Improve students’ confidence and learning environment. Contribute to educational development in South West Nigeria. The distribution exercise also served as a motivation for students to remain focused on their studies and become responsible future leaders.
